T\u00e2chez de d\u00e9terminer si elle a l\u2019air int\u00e9ress\u00e9e lorsque vous parlez ou si elle attend simplement de pouvoir parler. La capacit\u00e9 d\u2019un individu \u00e0 \u00e9couter est tout aussi importante pour faire preuve d\u2019empathie vis-\u00e0-vis des autres.
