La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration X, plus repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sur des postes de management, conserve des m\u00e9thodes manag\u00e9riales qui leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inculqu\u00e9es par leur pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs \u00ab Baby-Boomers \u00bb.<\/p><p>M\u00eame si les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations X, Y et Z aspirent commun\u00e9ment \u00e0 plus d\u2019\u00e9panouissement professionnel, les exigences des \u00ab millenials \u00bb paraissent parfois d\u00e9cal\u00e9es par rapport aux pratiques en place. Le marketing RH joue alors un r\u00f4le important dans le recrutement de ces profils, tout comme un n\u00e9cessaire travail de fond sur l\u2019accompagnement de ces profils, et une r\u00e9-ing\u00e9nierie des rapports de management.<\/p><p>Alors, les entreprises qui sauront montrer de la transparence, proposer un management plus ouvert, cr\u00e9er de v\u00e9ritables ambassadeurs, se montrer globalement plus \u00ab humaines \u00bb r\u00e9ussiront \u00e0 attirer ces profils.
