En effet, les arguments institutionnels (\u00e9thique au travail, respect de l\u2019environnement, politique salariale etc) ne suffisent plus \u00e0 convaincre des candidats de plus en plus exigeants. En effet, ceux-ci cherchent \u00e0 conna\u00eetre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain en sollicitant les ambassadeurs privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s des entreprises, leurs salari\u00e9s. Ils sont les mieux lotis pour juger de l\u2019ad\u00e9quation entre l\u2019annonc\u00e9, et l\u2019appliqu\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les entreprises, de leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, soignent particuli\u00e8rement l\u2019on-boarding des candidats (accueil, int\u00e9gration, formation). Cette \u00e9tape permet de rendre le candidat op\u00e9rationnel le plus rapidement possible, et ce, dans les meilleures conditions. Il est tout aussi important que l\u2019on-boarding. Il marque en effet, l\u2019ach\u00e8vement d\u2019une \u00e9tape, et figera l\u2019image que le salari\u00e9 se sera forg\u00e9 lors de son passage en entreprise. C\u2019est \u00e9galement cette image qui lui fera ou non devenir un ambassadeur de la marque employeur.<\/p><p>Mais il n\u2019y a pas que \u00e7a. Garantir une bonne relation employeur-employ\u00e9 de bout en bout permet \u00e9galement de capitaliser sur les efforts faits d\u00e8s l\u2019int\u00e9gration du salari\u00e9, ainsi que d\u2019augmenter les chances que celui-ci revienne (ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de boomerang) avec des comp\u00e9tences et id\u00e9es nouvelles, ou recommande l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>En plus d\u2019humaniser le processus de d\u00e9part, d\u00e9terminer un processus d\u2019off-boarding permet \u00e0 l\u2019employeur d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 de ses activit\u00e9s, et donc de limiter les effets d\u2019un d\u00e9part sur l\u2019activit\u00e9. Ce processus lui permet en effet de :<\/p><ul><li>Pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9quipes au d\u00e9part du collaborateur<\/li><li>Dresser un bilan sur les r\u00e9alisations communes et individuelles (entretien final, rapport d\u2019\u00e9tonnement, r\u00e9ussites, \u00e9checs)<\/li><li>Montrer son soutien au salari\u00e9 (lettre de recommandation, r\u00e9f\u00e9rences)<\/li><li>Anticiper les besoins de recrutement (remplacement, promotion interne, r\u00e9organisation)<\/li><li>Optimiser les passages de relais (consignes, statut des dossiers en cours)<\/li><li>Fluidifier la gestion du d\u00e9part (IT, mat\u00e9riel professionnel, administratif)<\/li><li>Permettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de se retrouver une derni\u00e8re fois<\/li><\/ul><p>Toutes ces \u00e9tapes peuvent sembler \u00e9vidente, pourtant, la pratique tend \u00e0 indiquer une gestion des d\u00e9parts au dernier moment, sans transition pour le salari\u00e9, et le plus souvent \u00ab port\u00e9e \u00bb par les coll\u00e8gues de proximit\u00e9 (pot de d\u00e9part), ce qui peut laisser croire \u00e0 un d\u00e9sengagement de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p>Ainsi, l\u2019off-boarding doit avoir sa place dans le processus carri\u00e8re de chaque employ\u00e9, et doit r\u00e9v\u00e9ler d\u2019une gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle celle-ci.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In a competitive job market, companies have realized that the image they project can impact their recruitment efforts.
