En effet, dans les secteurs administratifs, l\u2019organisation et la gestion des t\u00e2ches selon leurs priorit\u00e9s seront les qualit\u00e9s les plus recherch\u00e9es. En revanche, dans les m\u00e9tiers de terrain comme le b\u00e2timent ou l\u2019agriculture, on demandera davantage au salari\u00e9 une certaine autonomie dans la prise de d\u00e9cisions et le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Dans le domaine industriel, il faudra avant tout \u00eatre fiable, conna\u00eetre et pouvoir appliquer des r\u00e8gles pr\u00e9cises, mais aussi avoir le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s. Cette tendance s\u2019appliquera \u00e9galement dans les m\u00e9tiers du transport qui demandent une grande rigueur.<\/p><p>Enfin, en ce qui concerne les m\u00e9tiers de la sant\u00e9, mais aussi l\u2019informatique, la finance ou la gestion, savoir s\u2019auto-\u00e9valuer et actualiser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ses connaissances est indispensable. Pour cela, il faut \u00eatre capable de se documenter et savoir rester constamment en veille.<\/p><p>Le dipl\u00f4me reste \u00e0 ce jour un crit\u00e8re important, mais l\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise sur le terrain pr\u00e9vaut pour un grand nombre de m\u00e9tiers.
