Bougez vos yeux<\/strong><\/p><p>La t\u00eate immobile, les yeux ouverts et d\u00e9tendus, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un stylo, \u00e0 30-40 cm de vos yeux, d\u00e9crivez un 8 vertical puis horizontal et suivez-le du regard. Puis, regardez au loin et balayez les coins de la pi\u00e8ce : le plafond, le sol, le coin sup\u00e9rieur gauche puis droit, le coin inf\u00e9rieur gauche puis le droit. Enfin, roulez les yeux, en d\u00e9crivant un grand cercle dans un sens puis dans l\u2019autre. A r\u00e9p\u00e9ter 10 fois.<\/p><p><strong>2. Faites le noir<\/strong><\/p><p>Frottez les paumes de vos mains l\u2019une contre l\u2019autre pour les r\u00e9chauffer puis placez vos paumes en coques sur vos yeux, tout en gardant les yeux ferm\u00e9s. Restez ainsi 2 minutes, en respirant profond\u00e9ment et lentement.<\/p><p><strong>3. Battez vos paupi\u00e8res<\/strong><\/p><p>La t\u00eate droite, les muscles du visage rel\u00e2ch\u00e9s et la m\u00e2choire inf\u00e9rieure d\u00e9tendue, regardez devant vous. Ouvrez et fermez doucement les paupi\u00e8res 20 \u00e0 30 fois.
