Technology lead and operational system engineer for a large scope of system areas


  • Technology lead for infrastructure & system areas including SAN, Servers & Virtualization layer, all Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange, SfB, Office365, …)
  • Guarantee Systems & Data CIA triad across all managed systems, worldwide, according overall recovery goals (RTO/RPO), develop and test DR plans
  • Provide daily hands-on 2nd/3rd level of operation, monitoring and support for all global infrastructure & systems over HQ and 15 locations
  • Coordinate, manage and deliver system/infrastructure related projects
  • Investigate on system related security incidents in a timely manner
  • Define and drive architecture and standards according security best practices
  • Define internal procedures, best practices, security rules and guarantee compliance, participate in process improvement
  • Manage transition with support and network teams locally and in regions
  • Act as a leader in major IT transformation projects
  • Attend and contribute to regular team meeting
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, enrich internal KB
  • Support regional IT team for local incidents and projects
  • Coordinate planned maintenance or migration locally and across regions
  • Manage 3rd party vendors, follow-up incidents with local suppliers and providers

Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Communication technology
  • At least, a 10 years proven successful track record in a similar function
  • Technology certifications such as MCSE
  • Expertise level with Microsoft On-Premises technologies: Windows Server 2008-2016, AD/DHCP/DNS/GPO/DFS, ADFS, Exchange, SfB, , PKI, System Center, Scripting (PowerShell, VB, Shell), …
  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud solutions (Office365/Azure) is a strong asset
  • Very good level on VMware ESX/VSphere, Veeam, SAN solutions (provisioning, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting)
  • Good knowledge on network infrastructure in Cisco environment (Call Manager, ASA, Switches, WLC …)
  • Solution oriented, good understanding of business requests
  • Proactive, able to work and communicate in a team, under pressure, with good organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
  • Customer and business oriented approach required to ensure the service provided is efficient
  • Collaborative, help the team to excel and be successful
  • Passionate about IT, keen to keep up to date with technical trends and emerging technologies
