SAP Custom Service Supporter

For an international company, we are recruiting an "SAP Customer Service Supporter (M/W)".


In order to integrate a dynamic environement of experts, you have to be a service-oriented, user focused, and an high level SAP support on Customer Service.
For this role, you'll be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining the knowledge in the SAP CS field
  • Being a technical reference for the CS Key-users and the local management
  • Providing support on the SAP ERP systems
  • Escalating issues to the SAP competencies center if needed
  • Insuring the traking and the resolution of the problems
  • Schedulling the testing sessions and performing periodical non-regressions tests

Profil recherché

Holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, you have a minimum 5 years of experience in SAP.
Fluent in French and English, you are also at ease with SAP SD/OTC modules. 
Moreover, you hold a strong knowledge of CS, are analytical, a proficient problem solver, curious and able to work with transverse business flow.
