Turn off your screen and give your eyes a few minutes to relax.
1. Move your eyes
With your head still, your eyes open and relaxed, use a pen 30-40 cm from your eyes to draw a vertical and then a horizontal figure 8 and follow it with your eyes. Then look away and scan the corners of the room: the ceiling, the floor, the top left and then the right, the bottom left and then the right. Finally, roll your eyes, making a large circle in one direction and then in the other. Repeat 10 times.
2. Do the black
Rub the palms of your hands together to warm them up, then place your palms in a shell over your eyes, keeping your eyes closed. Stay like this for 2 minutes, breathing deeply and slowly.
3. Flutter your eyelids
With your head upright, your facial muscles relaxed and your lower jaw slack, look forward. Gently open and close your eyelids 20 to 30 times. Breathe slowly throughout the exercise.
